The FIFA World Cup 2026™ will bring thousands of visitors to Seattle and place a global spotlight on our city. A new distributed celebration model will activate multiple free public viewing parties and fan experiences across Seattle — including Seattle Center, Pacific Place, Waterfront Park, Victory Hall in SODO, and additional neighborhood locations to be announced.
These Seattle Fan Celebrations will create meaningful opportunities for Pacific Northwest small businesses to participate in off-stadium programming throughout the tournament.

LAST MILE VENDOR PROGRAM APPLICATION
About the Program
As part of Seattle’s Fan Celebration, the city will host a series of off-stadium activations throughout Pioneer Square, welcoming a global audience across six match days. The Last Mile Food Vendor Program activates key pedestrian corridors connecting fans to and from Lumen Field—creating vibrant, high-traffic environments that extend the match-day experience beyond the stadium.
These corridors represent the final stretch of the fan journey, where thousands gather and engage. The program prioritizes a diverse and inclusive vendor mix that reflects Seattle’s local food community and creates equitable opportunities for participation. Vendors will benefit from significant match-day foot traffic and the opportunity to serve a global audience.

Vendor Requirements
To participate, vendors must be prepared to:
•Obtain and maintain all required permits and licenses, including City of Seattle and King County Public Health approvals. Note: Certain permits (e.g., SDOT street use) will be coordinated following vendor selection
•Provide proof of insurance meeting event requirements
•Supply necessary equipment, staffing, and point-of-sale systems, unless otherwise specified
•Operate within an assigned footprint and approved menu
•Comply with all event, city, and FIFA World Cup-related guidelines
Program Parameters & Logistics
•This program is limited to food and beverage vendors only (no merchandise vendors)
•Menu offerings are subject to review and approval, including FIFA commercial and sponsorship restrictions
•A participation fee and deposit will be required for selected vendors
•Additional operational details—including load-in/out schedules, site logistics, and any shared infrastructure (if applicable)—will be provided upon acceptance

PIER 58 ACTIVATION APPLICATION
Located along the Seattle waterfront, Pier 58 will serve as a vibrant gathering point for fans along the March to the Match route. This location will feature a curated selection of food vendors offering quick, high-quality options designed for fans moving through the area on their way to the stadium.
In addition to food service, Pier 58 will host live entertainment and fan-focused activations throughout the day, helping create an energetic waterfront atmosphere where supporters can gather, celebrate, and enjoy the pre-match excitement before continuing along the March to the Match route.
Please note this application applies specifically to events on June 19, June 24, and July 6.
CATERING
With multiple events taking place simultaneously across the city, there will be a need for a range of catering services — particularly delivered hot and cold box lunches to support staff, volunteers, and operational teams across activation sites.
