JOIN THE TEAM

Seattle will host six FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches, and alongside the games, the Seattle Local Organizing Committee (SeattleFWC26), in partnership with Connors & Co. Events, will produce a series of official Off-Stadium Activations and Fan Celebration sites throughout the city. These large-scale, public-facing events will take place outside the stadium footprint at designated sites across Seattle and will play a key role in shaping the fan experience citywide.

We are building a dynamic, professional, and community-focused team to help bring these historic events to life. Opportunities listed on this page support SeattleFWC26-managed activations only. Other Fan Celebration events taking place throughout Seattle and Washington State may be independently produced and staffed.

Event-related positions will be available for individuals with experience or interest in planning, production, operations, logistics, fan services, and event execution. These roles will contribute directly to the coordination and delivery of large-scale outdoor and community-based activations. Team members must be able to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented, and high-pressure environments. Strong communication skills, professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset will be essential.

FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches in Seattle will take place on June 15, June 19, June 24, June 26, July 1, and July 6. Many roles will require availability across these dates, in addition to preparation, load-in, and post-event responsibilities. Please consider your availability carefully before applying. Opportunities will be open to both experienced professionals and qualified newcomers. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic team to help deliver a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience across our managed activation sites. Additional details regarding specific roles, expectations, and application requirements will be shared as they become available.
